The kids aren’t alright.

If you have a kid, or if you’ve been around friends with kids, you’re more than likely aware of Cocomelon.

For those who are unaware, Cocomelon is a YouTube channel that hosts 3D-animated cartoons, songs and nursery rhymes for children. Their videos are scientifically tested to be as addictive to children as possible, which might be why kids react to the Cocomelon sound like a dog hearing you shake the bag of treats.

As this video shows, children around the country have developed a Pavlovian response to the opening sounds of the video.

I’m sure this is great for their brains.
